I love cooking ! i know this is a blog about Transportation and the limousine industry but it’s my blog and i can post anything i want .
Try this recipe i garantee you will not be dissapointed.

THE INGREDIENTS.

* 1 lbs angel hair pasta.”you can use any pasta of your choice”
* sliced half a red bell pepper
* sliced 6 or 7 big button mushrooms
* one sliced shallot
* 3 or 4 sliced brussels sprouts
* 1 tbps of fresh sliced garlic
* salt and pepper to taste
* half a stick of “real” butter
* sliced swiss cheese for garnish
* drizzle of olive oil for garnish
* chopped parsley

Put the pasta in a big boiling pot with some oil and salt.
Meanwhile combine all ingredients in a very hot cast iron skillet “you want the veggies to get hot very fast” remember we’ll try to serve them al dente.
After the pasta cooks serve on a big plate “family size” with the veggies on top and garnish with the sliced swiss cheese and some chopped parsley ,drizzle the olive oil and enjoy.

Ahhhh Spring everyone ushers a great deal of relief to many many people including myself “not having to deal with driving on icy roads”.
Spring is great in Denver Colorado, trees are budding, flowers are blooming and the lawns are getting greener by the minute.
I was at Home Depot the other day and let me say that homeowners were very busy getting supplies for their yard projects.

We’ve been getting a alot of Rain lately which means that the lakes and reservoirs will be even fuller this year .” i know at least 4 lucky boaters who can’t wait for the state parks to open”.

Get ready everyone this is gonna be a special summer and if you need Luxury transportation please let us know.

Mediterranean Hamburger recipe.

Ok so as promised this is my favorite Hamburger recipe it is ohhh so good.
for 4 people you’ll need.

* 2 lbs of ground chuck
* cilantro finely chopped
* 1 small red onion finely chopped
* 3 garlic cloves finely minced
* small tsp of cumin
* small tsp of paprika
* small tsp of ground ginger
* a dash of cinnamon
* salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and work with your hands ” that’s how it’s done in the mediteranean” let sit in the fridge about an hour for the meat to absorb all those good flavors and grill ” charcoal is always better”.

I like to serve them over a Kaiser bun with a slice of tomato, bibb lettuce and a couple of slices of Swiss cheese.

Try it this week end you will not be dissapointed.

Well finally after many days of interruption a alot of flights resumed their regular schedules after the volcano eruption in Iceland.
As of 04/20/2010 luftansa and british airways resumed flights from Denver International Airport .
Thank God.
My next post will feature a great hamburger recipe from the Mediterranean.

INTERSTATE 70 IS OPEN AT GLENWOOD CANYON.

I’m so glad to inform everyone that I 70 is open again at glenwood canyon following last week’s rock slide.
One lane is good enough considering the actual damage ,CDOT’S posted pictures are horrific.
So if you need to get to Aspen or Snowmass don’t forget to take I70.

Well one could say that the car giant hasn’t been totally honest about their troubles.
Mr. Akio Toyoda testified yesterday on capitol hill and apologized several times for the problems his company has been experiencing.
Needless to say that their is no light yet at the end of the tunnel for Toyota and their associates.
In many ways i think that the japanese secretive ways did catch up with them ,and perhaps GM is going to capitalize on their mistakes.
